With Support agreement
If you have signed up for a support agreement, you will only be charged for the actual time spent to get you going again.
(minimum charge is 1 hour, and then per half an hour).
Without Support agreement
If you have not signed up for a support agreement, we will charge an initial fee per call:
Normal opening hours (07.00 – 16.00 Mon-Fri) DKK 2,000 per call (EUR 270.-)
Outside normal opening hours DKK 3,000 per call (EUR 400.-)
A DAN-Palletiser machine is designed and built to last. The palletising requirements of our customers may change over time - perhaps the products or the dimensions of what needs to be palletised changes.
DAN-Palletiser is an innovative organisation, constantly developing and optimising our machines and accessories, specifically mechanical and PLC optimisations. Therefore, it is often a feasible option to upgrade existing machines - which saves both time and money for our customers.

Dan Palletiser offers service, repair and maintenance of your equipment
Our services include service, repair and delivery of spare parts or technical assistance, either online or onsite.
We stock a large selection of electronic and mechanical spare parts and produce specially designed parts. In addition, we also offer mechanical and PLC upgrades.
Our online service ensures regular updates and corrections. This enables us to remotely control and monitor the equipment, as well as quickly locate possible errors.
We also offer phone support after the warranty has expired - both within and outside office hours in case of operative disruptions or technical queries.
Onsite service includes maintenance, installations and other service tasks at our customer's location.
We understand how cost demanding it is to have production downtime. Therefore we recommend our spare parts kit, which can help minimise potential downtime.
A spare parts kit can prove to be cost saving, as errors causing downtime can be resolved by parts from our spare parts kit.
