With Support agreement
If you have signed up for a support agreement, you will only be charged for the actual time spent to get you going again.
(minimum charge is 1 hour, and then per half an hour).
Without Support agreement
If you have not signed up for a support agreement, we will charge an initial fee per call:
Normal opening hours (07.00 – 16.00 Mon-Fri) DKK 2,000 per call (EUR 270.-)
Outside normal opening hours DKK 3,000 per call (EUR 400.-)
